1.  What information can you provide us on your pilots?

All of our pilots are captains and hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, are type rated in the appropriate Challenger Jet, have a minimum of 7,500 hours total time and a minimum of 1,000 hours in the Challenger. Our pilots receive recurrent training on an annual basis at Flight Safety International or SimuFlite. All of our pilots hold a First Class Medical certificate and a current Passport. No pilot has ever been involved in an accident or an incident. We will provide you with all appropriate documentation on each pilot including training records and TSA clearances.

2.  On what continents have your pilots flown Challenger Jets?

North America, South America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. Our pilots are very experienced in trans-oceanic crossings. We have recent experience with operations in Africa, southeast Asia, Russia and the former Soviet Republics, China and other countries in the Pacific Rim. 

3.  Are your pilots unemployed and doing this while they are looking for a full-time position?

No! Our pilots probably fly more hours per month than the average corporate pilot or charter pilot. Our pilots are seasoned professionals who enjoy the variety of missions they fly and the changing locales they visit. Our pilots are not looking for a job on your aircraft or with your company and will never put you in the uncomfortable position of asking you for a job. 

4.  What is your customer service philosophy?

Our pilots understand that their job is to provide a safe flight and superior service to the passengers. Our pilots are cordial and polite to everyone and know the importance of privacy and will follow your directions concerning passenger contact and requests. 

5.  What time periods are your pilots available for?

Our pilots are available by the day, week or month. Just let us know what your requirements are and we will work to meet your schedule. 

6.  How much do you charge for pilot services and how do you handle travel expenses?

We have a two-tier rate system, domestic and international. Our base rate is our daily rate. We offer lower rates for weekly and monthly terms.  Please call or e-mail us for rates. We have no problem providing you with our rates, we just prefer not to publish our rates on the internet. Travel expenses are charged at direct cost. We use a local travel agency for booking airline tickets and accomodations. The benefit of using this agency is that a travel agent who is familiar with our operation is available to us 24 hours a day in the event any changes need to be made to an itinerary.   

7.  How quickly can arrangements be made for pilot services?

We can make next day arrangements for you in most situations. However we recommend that you contact us now so that we are familiar with you and your operation. By planning ahead we will both be ready when you need our services.
